John Howard has announced a $160m scheme to provide small business with training vouchers. The funding will be aimed at businesses who employ less than 20 workers and will provide up to $1500 per employee as a dollar-for-dollar training contribution matched by the business. Howard said the Government will hand out 100,000 grants over five years.
